Post-emergent control for crabgrass that has already broken through. The active ingredient is quinclorac at 18.92 percent, an auxin agonist taken up through both foliage and roots and moved throughout the plant. It also takes down foxtail, torpedograss, kikuyugrass and signalgrass, along with broadleaf problems like clover, dandelion, black medic and bindweed. Rainfast in less than an hour, with residual activity up to 30 days. Tolerated by Kentucky bluegrass, ryegrass, common bermudagrass and zoysiagrass. Do not apply to St. Augustinegrass or centipedegrass; the label lists the other exclusions. See the label for rates and the methylated seed oil requirement.
